Uh-oh, looks like this Little blue lady wandered a little too far from her home lair (240997/lalalanmao)), and now she's off to see the world! If ever you feel the need to exalt, she'd really appreciate it if you could just return her to the home lair, or to the 'Dragons Off To See The World' thread, here. This is not necessary, but s/he would be very grateful!

This precious pearlcatcher got herself lost from her clan when she was only a day old by chasing her soulstone into a river. Believing her lost, her family had no idea that she had instead set on an adventure already. She was found by Rastafast, a matriarch Ridgeback from the Dolman clan who was out fishing. Pulling the infant from the water, she took her back home to raise her. She named her after the shroud in which she had found her, clinging to a rock on a misty morning.
After a few months of wandering, Myst found herself on the edge of the Shifting Expanse and the Sea of a Thousand Currents. The majesty was short-lived when a hurricane pulled her out to sea and dragged her under the water.

She coughed up the salt water in her lungs. With crusty, blurry eyes, she peered around in the dark. She could hear the ocean pounding at a distant shore, like drums, drums of an ancient civilization.
A pale white figure came close to her, stroked her head and soon she fell into a deep sleep.

It could have been weeks, months or even years since she awoke in that cave with the white wildclaw. Time was irrelevant in that place, nothing ever seemed to change. He healed her and now she could roam freely in the seaside cavern. Her adventuring in the cavern made her friends of many, but she felt a calling, she and a dragon Carswell were meant to leave.

Hot pinpricks of tears appeared in the corners of her eyes. The dragons of the Clan of the SInging Storm had gathered to say goodbye to Myst and Carswell. A Skydancer, by the name of Silversea, stepped forward and gave them each a lapis necklace. "This will enhance your senses and your abilities. May they serve you well."
