The storm pirates are a crew of misfit dragons, but they truely care for each other. They might not be related, but they are each others found family. That's alright with them. Though do not doubt them, they hit like a unwieldy storm.

He has the storm storm fruit. Allowing him to create and control storms that he's made in a certain radius of him. His fruit is a logia type, he often chooses to keep it active for his hair and wings.

He believes it makes him looks more fierce, it also bonuses for not needing matinance. (Note to self, draw the fake devil fruit!)

Heritage

____Cloud is half Imperial and half Coatl, but he takes more after his mother than his father. Only receiving pure feather wings from his father. He makes sure to keep good care of his feathers, but prefers to keep them as clouds.

He did inherit the faintest ability to see a few seconds into the future, although its only helpful during combat. He doesn't take after his father's silver tongue, always being rather blunt. Though he has gotten less blunt as he grew older.

His mother, Mariah, was a well known oracle and as beautiful as the moon. She can read minds as well, making her quiet formidable in making strategy. She has a taste for seafood, lots of seafood.

His father, Quicksilver, was once a pickpocket stealing to survive. He's polite to people who talk to him, but he adores to gossip. He's a cunning man, with an ego but he adores his family.

Rethor is Cloud's first mate. They've been friends ever since Cloud set out. They've been through a lot of hard times together. Though they always have each other's backs no matter the weather.

Ghor is the crew's doctor. He mainly keeps to himself, but he's the best doctor they know. Cloud met him when he was sick. Ghor was the only doctor willing to treat the pirate.
