Biography
冥土 - Underworld // Northstar Fortune Teller
come forward
let me look into your soul
the secrets you keep are bare before me
I can see how you die
how you were born
and all your steps in between
tell me child
what is it that you want to know
I can tell you
but for a price
let me look into your soul
the secrets you keep are bare before me
I can see how you die
how you were born
and all your steps in between
tell me child
what is it that you want to know
I can tell you
but for a price
Meido came to Fort Wolfsbane under some strange circumstances. Snowfall refused her entry for a full day because of how creeped out she was with Meido and her brother. The two gave off strange, but powerful vibes. The Imperial refused to say where she had come from besides the two had come from a friend of Clan Northstar's. Her brother, being speechless, further added to the oddness of the group. Instead, Meido kept offering Snowfall pieces of information about her Clan, talking in rhymes and cryptic sentences. The large Guardian didn't have time for that, and just flat out refused them entry.
They came back the next day. Requesting entry once more. Finally, Valkyrie was summoned and it was soon figured out that Meido was from the Court of the Tempest, a Clan they regularly traded with. The two had a letter to request that they stay at Fort Wolfsbane. When asked why they didn't show the letter of entry in the first place, Meido only shrugged while her brother grinned wickedly. All for good fun I guess.
The trickery rarely stops. Meido enjoys spooking passerbyers by replying to what they are thinking. Despite enjoying the suffering of others, she can be well mannered enough to have sucess in her trade. Fortune telling. She has a small shop set up in one of the alleyways off the shopping district of Fort Wolfsbane, for those daring enough to find out their future.
She makes good money on those passing through to fight for the Icewarden, as they wonder if it will be the last thing they ever do. She reveals all to those who pay well enough for it. Wisdom is gold. And Meido has a lot of both.
Seemingly carefree and just plain michevious, only those truly intune with magic detect a bit of sinister intent from the young Imperial. As though she feeds off the terror and fear of those around her. So far nothing has happened, and the leaders keep a close eye on her and her sibling. But for now, all she does is create chaos for those who pay her for it. It is thought that knowing the future and past of all who sit before her sightless eyes might drive her mad.
An inquiry has been sent to the Court of the Tempest reguarding the two dragons. Hoping that they can clear up why they were sent ... and why the note that was given to Valkyrie about their arrival was dated almost a entire year earlier ...
