Crispihn

I am Crispihn, clan guardian and beastmaster.

It is my duty to collect plants and hunt for the clan. I aide the healer, Iavny, with the herbs and plants that I collect. I have taken up a role as a leader, though I defer to Soveth more often then not. He and I are great friends, and have become patron leaders together almost by accident.

When I came to this clan, it was being destroyed from within. A warrior who had served as the clan's protector and gladiator had recruited two other warriors, and together they held the matrons of the clan hostage. I had come across the fighting, and called for my familiar to aide me in helping the wounded escape or hide from the bloody battle. Very few of the original Poisonsmoke clan survived.

As I was a wanderer, I decided to stay for a time with the few who remained. Shadowwollf, a senior warrior who had been loyal to the matrons, his apprentice Blacktulip, and the two warriors who had joined the gladiator, Mirkclaw and Skysword, had escaped the feud. There was much tension between the warriors and Shadowwolf, but with the help of Blacktulip she and I managed to reconcile the remaining members.

Not much later, I ran into my old friend Soveth while I was collecting herbs and hunting. We talked, and I convinced him to join me for a while in the home of the fallen Poisonsmoke. He decided to stay. Together we have rebuilt this home.


My favored treasures are plants, shells, and gemstones, but I pride myself on the bestiary. I tame all familiars, and match them to other dragons in our clan to keep all company.
