Narcissus shows an excessive amount of pride in himself and to what he's accomplished in his life. He's self-satisfied and doesn't really mind at all if other people know that either.

[ V A I N ]
In addition to how highly he thinks of his pride, he thinks of his appearance in a similar matter. He holds a high regard for his looks in a rather narcissistic fashion.

The Imperial lacks affections in his emotions, locking them away tightly guarded from the other dragons he's accompanied by. This is how he responds to any dragon upon approach save for his mate, Simjang. Narcissus doesn't take to hiding how he feels toward himself either, finding that it's better to be truthful in that way than to pretend he isn't increasingly egotistical.

Sometimes Narcissus's personality can set people off, taking a small amount of disgust that isn't easy to hide. It's not the first time the Imperial had dealt with those who were off put by him and his own high standards. However, in some strange way, his mate isn't. Simjang is practically the opposite of Narcissus is many different ways and yet they still seem to get along quite nicely with each other. Even if the other dragons advice Simjang against his relationship with Narcissus, they don't seem to heed to the clan member's opinions.
