An extremely stoic dragon, Lilith is very difficult to read, her poker face perfect. She doesn't need to show how understanding she is because, since she can see Souls, alive and dead, and therefore know the true intentions of dragons that talk to her, everyone trusts her judgement.
She speaks in a soft, matter-of-fact voice, rarely showing any emotion in it.

cold, helping lost Souls, bringing Justice, chrysanthemums

injustice, criminals, Bartholomew
Lore:
Lilith was born on All Hallows' Day with the power to see and even manipulate Souls. On an alive dragon, this means she can discern their aura, intentions, and lies; on a dead one, she can speak with the deceased if the Soul has not already gone to the Other Side.
She showed up in the Chiroptera Cult's pocket dimension on the very same day she was born on, guided by her instincts and the dark magics brought forth by this particular day. She quickly found her purpose in bringing Justice, avenging the Souls or unjustly killed dragons, separating the guilty from the innocent with the help of her powers. If a creature has commited a particularly horrible crime, she can give them a punishment worse than death: burning their very soul with blue spectral flames colder than even the Icewarden's breath.
These blue flames immediately brought her close to Bedelia, who also uses blue flames, though her fire's color is caused by its extremely high temperature.
