B I O G R A P H Y

Name Meaning: "Via Lactea" the ancient Roman name for the milky way galaxy, translates to "the road of milk"

______ For many millennia Lactea's ancestors have been the protectors of the milky way galaxy, and now it is time for Lactea's generation to take their turn being watchmen. After 100 years Lactea and her siblings, cousins, and mates will be free to retire their job to the next generation of dragons and take their place resting among the milky way's stars with the past elders. Now, it has been 25 years of protecting her home galaxy and Lactea has defended it in many battles. She has also found a mate in Kyklos, a fellow watchman of the milky way. They fight together-for each other, their clan, and their future family. For now, their hatchlings have not reached their time to defend the galaxy and are left to their own devices to train for their future battles.

______ The dragons of the milky way galaxy all have certain adaptions at birth that have evolved over the thousands of years their species have lived in the milky way. Their wings and bodies are covered in white and black designs that match the milky way sky and help them camouflage during attacks. Like wise, their bellies are full of glittery stardust that not only helps them fly undetected above enemies, but is seen as a sign of strength and superiority and so is a attractive trait to find in a mate.
