As the second eldest son of General Chroma, and the only son to have not been exalted or sold thus far - questions often arise about what makes Viper so special.
Each time he is asked, Viper once again finds himself directing the curious to the denkeeper herself, knowing that they will not and that his secret will forever remain unspoken to the other members of the clan. No other dragon but him or his parents will know that the only reason he is still here is not that he is strong nor that he will produce good offspring, but solely that the Keeper thinks him "pretty".
