Khaegris' quartermaster and deadly right hand.

Once, when their enemies were in close pursuit, Khaegris shot Israel to prevent him from joining the fight. The wound caused him to lose the use of his right foreleg, though the captain had never meant to cause his death.

In the following skirmish, Khaegris and her crew were captured, and many of them executed. Israel, however, had remained safe on Kismet, recovering from his wound. Despite his anger and outrage at being left behind in such a vicious fashion, it was Israel who rallied a crew to save Khaegris from the gallows.

It took many years for the resentment between the two to clear, though once again they are thick as thieves. (An expression which amuses the two old pirates to no end.)


Notes: Came to the clan with his name, which he shares with the historic pirate and Treasure Island character, Israel Hands. Some of his lore is inspired by historic accounts of Israel Hands.
