Biography
Coramshan makes a brilliant nurse, and is always wrapping herself and those around her in bandages experimentally, looking to the skies for new methods when it comes to healing. She’s learned how to use her icy breath to gently fix up scrapes, and has mastered a technique of using thin strings of ice to stitch up wounds closed, so that when the stitches melt out, it will all be magically held together still. She dislikes any sort-of fighting, and has to be stopped because she’ll attempt to rush and help the enemies who have fallen on the battlefield if she is allowed to. She sometimes takes small trips away from camp to help less fortunate clans than their own. In what little time Coramshan has, she takes up many apprentices, even ones from other flight, all so that she can spread her knowledge of healing far in hopes that she can make a difference in the world, which is her one true goal. She hates to see those who are hurt or in pain and will do anything to prevent harm.
Most of all Coramshan hates seeing the weak and feeble being pushed aside. She has strong values against clans that just let their smaller or less powerful dragons die, feeling that as a fae herself, she understands all too well how it feels to not be as huge and mighty as others. But she understands that little dragons like herself can make a huge impact that helps. Most particularly, she hates the abuse of elders, as elders have done so much to help a clan. She becomes infuriated when she sees these older, wiser dragons’ needs pushed aside, especially if it is to feed or clothe younger, more resilient dragons. She would always give up her meal to an elder if there was to be a time of such great hunger that it came to be between her and them as to who could eat. She also greatly despises clans that mistreat their young by teaching them too soon how to battle or taking them away from their mothers at too terribly young of an age.
She fondly adores her assistant and mate Ectomancer. She hopes that the children that she will have with him will chase their own dreams, whatever they may be, and that in some way they might be able to find and hold onto happiness in such a crazy world. She believes in his abilities as a father and genuinely hopes that her children will look up to him as a positive role model. She knows that Ectomancer genuinely wants the best for all of them, and he definitely works to show her how much he cares whenever he can. As her way of showing him how much she cares, she often brings him back small gifts from her travels, be it little things picked up by her many apprentices, or a gift given to her by a wounded dragon who was thankful for her help. These have been mostly given in the form of smooth stones, of which, Ectomancer has begun a collection of. He sleeps overtop of the pile, and during the winter, they are able to keep heat, but in the summer, they keep him cool.
