Obscura was born to an occult family who believed she would become the catalyst for great and powerful change. Some have prophecized this meant the end of the world, while others believe Obscura will lead her followers to a greater place while the non-believers perish. Obscura, however, could not be bothered with either outcome and is probably the worst "chosen one" you could meet. She resents having any followers because they get in the way of what is truly important in life: catching up on her novels, where she is more likely to bring about junk food and a quiet evening than she is a doomed world.
