A dream-walker who was created in another world.

He's on a similar plane of Cloudsfall's, but they can't see each other.

He remembers having a name in his past, but doesn't quite remember what it is, with the more time passing by. He goes by Volt or Voltage now.

His mane is crackly lightning and he has some powerful lightning abilities that intensify when he's emotional. Touching him when he's upset would be like sticking a fork in an electrical socket.

Time passes differently for him. It's shorter, but he's constantly bored, so it might as well be longer.

He passes the time slipping into other dragons' dreams and either watching(if they're interesting) or changing them around, though generally never enough that he wakes them up.

He likes being more of a neutral observor on their dreams; not the dragons themselves. It's like a puzzle to figure out things about them from their dreams. He doesn't want to know about the actual dragons. That takes away some of the mystery.

He does have a mortal form, but using it freaks him out a little. He doesn't hold power over the mortal realm like he does in his realm, so he usually stays in the dreamscape. At one point, boredom drove him to leave his realm for an extended amount of time to live as a somewhat-normal dragon. He didn't enjoy pain and hunger and consequences and not having the full range of his electrical abilities. He managed a few months, but woke up dazed in the dreamscape, so at some point he clearly decided to go back.

He doesn't remember much about his experience there, except for a vague recollection of a purple ridgeback with eyes like the heart of flame. The memory of her gnaws at him. Something important happened, but he doesn't remember it and he doesn't know if he's brave enough to enter the mortal realm again. And with time functioning differently where he's from, he doesn't know if she's even still alive.
Besides, he's never been that interested in mortals before. Why would this one be any different?

He was alone in the dreamscape until Akali literally appeared fully formed and ready to cause problems. Neither of them have any idea how it works, but Akali assumes she's a god, so she acts how she thinks a god should act.

The dreamscape is where he and Akali reside, but Vortex and Fotia can enter it and communicate with them. Over time he's been able to leave the dreamscape and cross into dimensions that seemed to spring up with their existence, but he still prefers the safety of the dreamscape.

With the existences of Akali and Vortex and various other not-mortal dragons appearing in the same realms, he's less lonely and therefore less bored, but he can only stand being around them for so long. He's not interested in mortals themselves like Vortex, and Akali terrorizing dragons in their sleep isn't what he's into either so he doesn't spend much time with all of them. He's still preoccupied with his thoughts of that strange ridgeback...
