Dahlia's life as a hatchling was not easy. Her egg was snatched before she was hatched, and she was raised in a cult of dragons who believed in pure colours. Her multicoloured body and dark markings were seen as a sign of curse, and she was quite often made into a slave or beaten by the dragons who kept her. Several terrible incidents happened, but the worst was a fight with the leader before she managed to escape, leaving her with long and wide scars along her chest and heading down her stomach. The poor thing was near-dead when Seraph and Ellery found her and brought her back to the Empire to be healed. While the scars will never disappear, Dahlia hides them with clothes she once would've only dreamed of having, and now lives a safe, happy, and comfortable life raising the children of her Empress' Empire.
