The former leader of her own clan, Silverwings, who prefers to be called Silver, is a silent, solemn dragon of low spirits, credited with both naming and assisting in the outset of Lemniscance's clan. While submissive and respectful in nature, however, Silverwings does not particularly enjoy dangling beneath the rule of others, and remains in the Falling Stars Clan home out of the fear of being otherwise forced to wander the crossroads alone—or worse, face exaltation when none of the elemental deities could ever want her among them.

The silver dragoness, nonetheless, retains the role of a clan adviser, which confuses most of the other members on account of it being a high position; Silverwings fails to give off the impression of a group-oriented dragon, after all. She is known for keeping her head hung low and avoiding interactions with those around her. In fact, her speech is often limited to naught but the occasional "excuse us" as she retreats with her umbra wolf companion, known as Garnet, into the secluded areas of the Starwood Strand, a strange enthusiasm danging through the pair's Shadow eyes.

Rumors claim that when Silverwings and Garnet are together, away from the presence of others, the two even smile. It is evident from their interactions alone that the two share a past together—one, in fact, which parallels a past in which Silverwings was quite acquainted with a dragon of a similar name, Silver, and a phoenix, Willow, whom now resides in allied clans. Although the departure of the three friends' clan has ruptured their previous relationship, Silverwings knows that true friends never part and that time will heal their wounds and bring them together again, someday.
