Biography

A dangerous water spirit lurks around the desolate mesas and buttes of the empire's coasts. Many dragons have heard his rumors, few have seen him and even fewer have lived to speak about it. Hes highly territorial and there is reason lairs around his waters have long since been abandoned. However, there are two who pay his waters homage. One has made a pact with the spirit, the spirit will allow him to live and dispose of incriminating evidence and in turn, gets a sacrifice made to him. The other dragon seems to have no real reason to venture to his waters, he is quite strange and pestering. The spirit allows this one to live as he often brings offerings of meat and a few other trinkets.
