Heretic. Madman. Murderer. His hands and feet were placed in red-hot shackles for days to make sure the brands would stay. They're pretty things, if you don't know what they mean. Each little black band to represent one soft morsel he ripped and chewed and ate until there was nothing left but bone.


He was exiled, but he never belonged anyway. He hated those fools. Worshiping their deities, those false idols of myth and magic. Could they not see the gods around them, moving and talking and so horribly tasty? With each limb, Unheilig feels his mind expand a little more, each finger and toe prying at his mind's eye. The more he sees, the more he swallows, the more he searches.
