Osprey

SCAVENGER

Osprey lives and works on the fringes of the clan. She picks through the ruins of abandoned dragons' nests, hunts around carcasses, and scrabbles through dead undergrowth for the sake of small finds. She's also on a schedule: every moon, she barters particular trappings to her clanmates, trades her findings to Crim, and puts valuable scavenges up on the Auction House. Scrap metal goes to Caedal, and in return she gets wire and hand-blown glass beads. She peddles religious relics to Shoggothla, Arktouros, and the Plaguewrought. Aster trades portraits and poems for quills and coal; Osprey's herbal finds go to Arktouros and Witchery, and so on and so forth.

Osprey's own lair, contained within a massive Imperial skull, is strung with the trinkets and baubles she receives from her peers and those she has found and can't bear to part with. She's the preeminent textiles dragon in the clan, and is quite adept with her hand-built loom; her deft claws and sharp eyes are perfect for weaving fabrics and adorning them with careful embroidery and beadwork. Her indispensable work has made her a cornerstone of the clan, and despite her shy, awkward temperament, Osprey is well valued and counts many friends.
