Biography

Ancient Fungus Cyr, Hue Dreamer
Spirit Painter
“The simple things are also the most extraordinary things, and only the wise can see them.”
― Paulo Coelho, The Alchemist

History

Born to fierce and primal warriors, Cyr's unique behaviours became apparent when he was only a hatchling and were met with suspicion and fear. His parents, superstitious as folks of their ilk often are, sought the advice of a shaman to tell them exactly what was wrong with their third child. Informed, much to their dismay, that the young wildclaw was 'gifted with unusual power' they immediately made arrangements for him to be placed in a clan far from their own.

Whether by fate or mere chance, young Cyr found himself at the Haven under the sharp instruction of Acteon. Made to fast and meditate o that he might better understand his own power, he grew nervous about the indistinct visions that flickered at the edge of his mind. As a way to distract himself, the wildclaw would stay up late into the night doodling abstract and meaningless pictures with inks and charcoals. Noticing this, Acteon put Cyr under hypnosis, instructing the youngster to draw what he saw.
The results were astounding.

Imbibing concoctions he makes from plants and minerals, Cyr enters a trance state. With glazed eyes and surprisingly fluid movements, he paints the truths shown to his wandering mind. The result is exquisite art depicting the past, present and future - yet the interpretation of exactly what has been painted is not something Cyr willingly will do. Rather he will leave such a task to others, knowing the results of his work are often ill received.

The price for Cyr to pain for you is high, both in real and intangible terms. Request his services at your own risk.
