Thorne is no sylvari to be trifled with. A secondborn of Night, his sharp wit is rivaled only by the thorns atop his head. A thick leather patch covers his right eye, a testament to the dangerous magic he is able to channel; very few have even heard of chronomancy, let alone were able to harness it. His presence is hard to miss, and one can feel the power he holds as he steps into a room. While not the tallest in stature, the position he holds is enormous - a Duke of the Nightmare Court. He acts as a diplomat for the Dream, and visits the Grove frequently, contributing to his soft spot for sylvari saplings. While an agent of the Court, he loves Mother dearly, and will do anything to bring the war between Nightmare and the Dream to a close.
