Promised to Circe.

Arche's rare Circuit mutation puts him at odds with Mizuchi and his Crackle mutation. Like other Circuit Skydancers, Arche is calm and logical to a fault. But the mutation is extremely rare-- it will be interesting to see if any of his offspring will inherit it. He'll never admit it, but he is smitten with Kiyohime-- which doesn't help the conflict with Mizuchi.
