He brews the clan's coffees. No, really. It's one of the most essential roles in the clan, as good sleeping habits are uncommon among such an impulsive lot. He's memorized everyone's go-to requests and keeps a carefully balanced ledger of who owes what. Coffee isn't cheap, after all.

As he has trouble deciphering other (non-coatl) dragons' voices, he often enlists the willing help of Midnight to keep track of things. They're just as eager to mix the drinks as to listen for them, which is a quality that elicits Latte's immense gratitude.
