Cecilia left her first clan at a very young age. Her parents were both scholars, but that's all they were. They stayed within their cave studying runes and ancient magic, only venturing outside of the territory for more books. At first, she enjoyed sitting with them and studying but she became hungry for more. She wanted to know the histories of all the flights and all the clans. She wanted to learn and use their magic. She hated being limited to her own Arcane talents and she wanted more. She began traveling on her own, collecting books and scrolls on various magic. She met Slade, a kind merchant, and they joined together. He let her use his wagon to store her various items but soon they realized the wagon was much too small. Slowly, they met and gathered more dragons with strange and unusual talents. They created their own clan and became known as The Wandering Circus.


Though Cecilia is technically the head of the clan, she doesn't participate in the circus's many activities. Her large wagon sits at the center of the Circus, serving as a library. Any visitor to the circus can come and sift through her collection. Scholars visit her wagon often, staying late into the night to study and discuss the histories of the flights and elemental magic. She also has a small laboratory, locked away from visitors. This is where she conducts her own experiments, studying and searching for a way to use the magic of all the elements.
