owns a shop that sells everything from fine silks to spices to curiosities from far away lands. has a sixth sense for shoplifters and trying to snag even something small will find you at the end of his cutlass. has a hard to place accent and dances around the question when asked where he's from. flatters customers and refers to them all as "my friend". has a bit of a weakness for pretty girls (and occasionally pretty boys) and will give them a discount. some know that he has a secret back room where particularly wealthy and shady dragons can go for illegal dealings. the secret pass code is to buy nothing but a dried mushroom, and a Disorient coliseum stone, which will prompt him to ask you "what's your favorite color?" to which you must answer "yellow".
