Biography

In old, Finnish mythology Ahti is the god of water. He rules the lakes and the seas,
occasionally helping fishermen.
In the olden days, lakes and the seas were called "the kingdom's of Ahti".

Ahti and his spouse Wellamo live in Ahtola, a castle at the bottom of the sea.
Though Ahti has a temper and a tendency for sudden bursts of rage, he is wise and cares for his own.
All creatures of water are his "children".
