ABOUT. Hatched from a Fire egg abandoned in the Scarred Wasteland, Anno was found when she was a mere hatchling. Her mewling cries had been heard by Epimetheus during his shift, and he quickly took her back to the clan. No injuries or birth defects were found when she was assessed—peculiar, especially for a newborn in the middle of a place rife with disease and death— and it was decided, on the clan's anniversary, that she would stay. Named 'Anno', Nyx, one of the clan's leaders, placed her under the care of Erebus, another border guard. Perhaps it was merely a coincidence, but the two seemed to share the same grumpy, easily-annoyed temperament, and got along quite well. Nowadays, she is one more border guard on the shift, perching silently in the wasteland and watching for threats. The rest of the border guards, Diamondust and Epimetheus, are both fond of her, and the clan's Fire representative, Scoria, tutors her in the ways of the Fire-born. Her potential is great, of course, but she still has to find ways to control her magic. While Anno may be cynical and pessimistic at times, it is mostly a shell to keep her feelings hidden from view. She does not trust easily, but those who prove themselves worthy will find themselves with a loyal and trustworthy companion. IMPRESSIONS. PAST. KIN. Novus: Charge.
