Bolt from the Blue
Nicoli was brought to the clan as a hatchling. He grew up with aspirations of becoming a bounty hunter for his new home. Of course, as he grew upward, he inevitably grew outward as well. And it wasn't just from all the food he ate. Being out in sunlight appeared to give him more energy than normal, and he could absorb lightning. No one should be fooled by his rotund physique however, as he did make good on those dreams he developed as a hatchling.
To say he's fast is quite an understatement. He can sprint literally at lightning speed and can arc lightning from his body, aiding him in the missions he would end up going on. He loves shocking targets-both literally and metaphorically-by appearing before them in a flash and besting them in combat.
His impatient nature sometimes makes him difficult to work with, however many find him useful in darkened places, for his ability to produce a light blue glow that can illuminate the way forward. Usually though, he works alone in his relentless pursuit of targets.
