Hailing from the Viridian Labyrinth, Silk is a snappish, harsh deputy and a loyal friend. She has a no-nonsense view on leadership, but an unyielding love of her clan and her friends. A wise and magnetic dragon, Silk is one of the most commonly crushed-upon by young dragons. It is rumored that even Anasa, the most alluring and popular dragon of the clan had a soft spot for her.

Silk's mate is Hermetic, which may seem a strange choice. Many dragons wonder why Silk would even look twice at Hermetic - a grumpy, snarling Bogsneak who doesn't care about a higher order or justice. However, no one dares ask her why, for obvious reasons. Silk and Hermetic are often found in the breeding caverns, looking after the new hatchlings. They sit together, silent and unresponsive to any probing. They seem happy together, at least.
