Rhinorrhea is either off digging and scavenging or raiding, hunting and killing. Or asleep. Most often than not, he's with Rhinosinusitis and Sinusitis or just with Rhinosinusitis.

Hunt, raid, kill, dig, scavenge. Feed, breed, sleep.
He is not a complicated individual nor does he over burden his mind with thoughts, complicated or otherwise.

He and Rhinosinusitis seem to have what could be best described as a threesome/Triad relationship with Sinusitis. Why would a female want to burden herself with the emotional baggage of two males at the same time, no one could say. Though everyone can fully agree that if there is one thing Rhinorrhea and Rhinosinusitis are- it is they are both as uncomplicated and unburden with emotional baggage as two males could ever be.
