Biography

KUBO
CLAN LEADER

"Power and strength mean absolutely nothing if you lose your heart in the process. Kindness is never a weakness."

Kubo is the young leader of a diverse clan of dragons, an amalgamation of many different flights, all of whom have made their home within the vast ruins of Moonriver Grove. A fiery spirit who has always been determined to help those in need and do what's best for his people, it wasn't long before he was accepted by the clan as a steadfast beacon of strength. Since then, he has done his best to turn their sanctuary of lost souls into a place of hope.

Moonriver Grove, for centuries, has existed as a safehaven for dragons with nowhere else to call their home. This disjointed group of dragons, all hiding out in the ruins of a destroyed civilization to escape the ghosts of their former lives, did not have any true guidance for a long time. Despite that, Kubo's mother, Empire, was a powerful leader from the start, a stern matriarch who helped establish their community and build the ruins of Moonriver Grove into something more than it was before, even after his father disappeared.

Empire was one of the first permanent residents, and Kubo was one of the first dragons to actually be born into the Moonriver settlement. Because of that, he was guided by many of the older residents, who shaped him into the strong leader he eventually became.

Kubo can be a little impulsive at times. In battle, he's always on the front lines, wanting to protect the people he considers his family rather than stay out of danger like other leaders do. Despite that he's incredibly intelligent and the clan trusts him to always make sure they're alright, and to make the right decisions.
