xxx Laid-back and irresponsible, Kano doesn't exactly have one of the most active life styles.
Unable to find the slightest interest in any kind of occupation, he is hardly ever witnessed doing anything other than sleeping or killing time in equally pointless ways.
The rare situations in which he might be seen engaging in useful tasks are most likely due to personal gain, as the chances to obtain any kind of favor from him without offering a reward in return are essentially inexistent.
Even in those cases, efficiency is the last thing someone could expect from him- if there's something he could be considered good at, it would be finding ways to slack off regardless of the simplicity of the job.
Despite his blatant unreliability and laziness, Kano's friendly and jokey nature makes him particularly easy to approach, although his unwillingness to take most situations seriously might leave some dragons baffled by his nonchalance.
