At a later date, MutedWallpaper will have to face his uncle and eventually imprison him, seizing power as Colorblur's (much more just) leader.

The coup is successful. He forms a polyamory with his then-wife VintagePostcard, and the equally married couple of UglySwanResort and TableForTwo during the period of heartache that split the original Colorblur apart.

Each of the former couples' children (FigTreePromenade, ColorTypewriter, BestRegards and GloopSoup) stand by their parents decision.

Before forming any intimate bonds, UglySwan and Vintage must first overcome their previous altercations in which UglySwan repents for all of her cruelty toward Vintage when they were young.

Daymilk vanishes without a trace into her pocket dimension. Her and Bravo's children are left to their own devices.

MsCity leaves Colorblur out of shame for her father's actions and starts her own life away from her family. RutabagaPrince follows her, feeling abandoned by his adoptive mother. They reconnect and decide to open up their own detective business. Both opt to pursue their careers instead of having children of their own. Their father's mistakes and obsession have left a lasting, unsavory impression on childrearing that the two aren't eager to repeat.

After confronting Juku's father SodaJerk (Bravo's right-hand man) and preventing him from aiding Bravo, CrystalYolk and HarajukuCola become girlfriends and work on seeking out the bodies thrown into the aether and reuniting them with their stolen souls.

Due to the injuries inflicted on him by his daughter, Sodajerk pleads for help from his beloved son BostonCooler who after strong consideration, caves and allows him to escape. Harajuku knows it was him but has chosen to keep quite and pardon her brother.

AllSeeingCuticle who had visions of Bravo's malice and soul-stealing cover-up warned MutedWallpaper to begin with, and chose to be the willing vessel used to imprison Bravo. She has since entered an inanimate, unresponsive and dormant state after combining her consciousness with that of her father's tablet and being locked away via a cave in.

SilkwormIsland and BloomQuest are left be, having long abandoned Colorblur before the coup to make a life above ground.

Broadcast, BirthdayCakeJr and Akrail are essentially jailed, little trust is present for either of them but there has yet to be evidence of any supposed misdeeds aside from their favor of Bravo.

Danyn, who is shocked by his niece Daymilk's disappearance, decides to take up the unofficial position of clan Grandpa and forms a close paternal bond with SoggyWellCoins, who despite his intense hatred for his father Bravo, has decided to remain with Colorblur now that it is under new leadership.

AtoZ has taken over AllSeeingCuticles oracle readings, but it's no question that she misses the seer terribly.

PassionFruitKeno and PinkSalmonBites take over SilkwormIsland and BloomQuests' abandoned positions of food providers, starting a new garden for Colorblur.

After some stability has settled in Era 2 Colorblur, GloopSoup and 3InTheMorning decide to seek out the cave in that buried ASC's prone form. The initial search does not go well. 3InTheMorning is injured and no longer able to continue their quest. She and GloopSoup seek out help from other NextGen kids, but most are not inclined to participate in the hunt. This is generally out of fear due to Bravo's infamy, or from not knowing who ASC even is.

Several more search parties are sent out but end in failure to find much of anything that would even hint at traces of Era 1 Colorblur. GloopSoup then enlists SoggyWellCoins, an older NextGen to help them navigate the caverns more carefully.

Unfortunately, there is a force that SWC determines is keeping the location purposefully hidden. Though SWC is strikingly reluctant, he pays a visit to his imprisioned brother, the notorious BirthdayCakeJr. Though the visit is awkward, BCaeJr is intrigued by SWC's newfound confidence, his brother's current personality a stark contrast from his old one under Era 1 Colorblur rule. And then SWC makes a very unexpected request that really peaks BCae's interest!

BCaeJr was essentially Bravo's favorite child, after Bravo had an insurmountable failing out with his first child, MissCity. BCae's chaotic nature paired with his ability to strategize and general ambition when it came to power, making him an ample servant to help Bravo orchestrate his plans for godhood.

BCae “inherited” some of Bravo's anomalous tendencies (after Bravo forcibly 'revoked' them from MissCity, who had them at birth), and he reveals that if pressed, he would be able to not only track Bravo's tablet (and ASC by association), but take down whatever failsafe wards were set up by it/ASC before the amalgamation lost consciousness.
