Warrior / Gladiator |

B I O G R A P H Y
Oftentimes, you enter your bracket because of your family. Long ancestries of gladiators are sprinkled across Sornieth. One such family is a group of gladiator Wildclaws who spent their days battling it out to find the strongest. Two Wildclaws from each of the strongest branches of fighters met by chance. And they laid a nest. As soon as the nest was laid, the mother determined she would leave behind being a gladiator. She instead turned to science, which is what much of her birth clan bribed her to do anyway. Outraged, the father grew furious. Furious that he had married a soldier that wouldn’t teach his children to fight like he’d always wanted them to. When the babies hatched, the father took one with him, against his wife’s begging to keep them together as a family. A single black Wildclaw baby named Life. He would train her and make her into the dragon she was born to be. No matter what his wife thought. Life would be his legacy, the only thing he could leave behind. The Wildclaw father took Life home with him and began to raise her. He was an excellent father, and he trained her well. Each day, he’d take her out and show her how to spar. He never imagined that in a few years, she would be able to outmatch him, but it was so. Life was able to beat her father in every single battle. And though he was proud, he was also concerned. Her father taught her morals, mercy and justice. He taught her when fighting was the answer, and he taught her when it was not. As she grew older, she better understood what she was supposed to do. Fighting was a sport. In a sport, one had to be fair. So Life grew up a powerful combatant and a good-hearted warrior, albeit a stubborn and reckless one. If she had her mind on something, chances were she would get killed trying to get it, or she would fight until she succeeded. In her mind, even the frailest and weakest of Fae dragons had limitless power and the ability to accomplish anything. Big or small, it didn’t matter. Her father taught her to see every hardship through to the end. So she did. |
B I O G R A P H Y
Life stopped searching when she came to the Wispwillow Grove. She was done looking for dragons to spar with, since the females she encountered were too weak or too proud, and the males were simply ignorant of her power. Though not all dragons thought this way, not by a long shot, she was still finished trying to make herself seem strong. Life eventually was traveling through the Twisted Forest. It was a small section of the Wispwillow Grove where Clan Vokun made its home. There, she was jumped. At that point, she was sure it was some dumb dragon who underestimated her power. It wasn’t. It was Death, messenger of the clan. The Mirror didn’t like her trespassing while he was out and about, so he challenged her to a fight. Life and Death, ironically enough, battled for many hours, and everything seemed like it would be a tie. At long last, Life was able to subdue the smaller dragon. He gladly admitted defeat, then had Chaos offer her a place in the clan. After recognizing her power, the shadow king had to no qualm with it. Life and Death are amazing friends to this day. And sparring buddies. Life is still a superior battler, and she often takes part in clan matches. However, she also travels to big tournaments, proving herself wherever she can. She doesn’t need a professional fighting team. Not when she clearly already has one. This dragon lays down her sword in service of Vokun nearly every day, and she would give her life to protect the clan and most of the dragons in it. Life, despite her loud and irritable personality, is a dragon who tries her hardest to excel in anything she does, and her loyalty is without a doubt. |
