B I O G R A P H Y

Main Theme: Smother - Daughter

______ Onyx was an outsider and she knew it. It was obvious. Everyone was friendly to her, no doubt, but she could see the thinly veiled mistrust, masked by kindness. The worst part was probably that they were perfectly sane for being so. She had arrived at the clan one day, battered, bruised, and exhausted, desperate for shelter. Regalia and Ichor, of course, happily allowed her to stay but there were rumors of where she came from. A fugitive? A wandering rogue, unlucky enough to have met with a Beastclan?
The truth was that she was in exile. Not officially, anyway, but she might as well be. She was banished for neglecting her son, MilkyWay, and for causing the psychological damage that did.
She was sorry, she really was, but nobody would forgive her. She wouldn't forgive herself either.
Better leave than be a burden to a clan that didn't want you.

______ She didn't know why she treated her son the way she did. Maybe it was how he was nothing like her, appearance and personality wise. Maybe there was some strange disconnect, never truly believing that he was her son. He didn't come from a happy union either. She didn't love her mate at the time, it was just to help the clan. Or maybe she was just a bad mother, a failure. Now she can only patrol her new home alone, in hopes that she can find forgiveness, mostly from herself.
