This little boy is pulling loops and corkscrews that would make his spiral mother jealous. In the slight pauses between each maneuver, you can barely see a piece of haggard paper flapping about his neck. It looks like a sign has been practically duct-taped to his neck to keep it from falling off, reading 'Fast. Too fast. Your problem now.'
