Welcome to Night Vale

Cecil ahd always lived in Night Vale, and nothing notably amazing happened. But that changed when Perfect Carlos stepped into the gloomy desert town. He had raved about him on his radio almost every time he spoke. He remembers their first date in front of Arby's, watching the lights in the stars.

On December 15th, Cecil and Carlos were married.
