Blackrose was always destined for the role of the clan Moonbraiser because of her skill with herbs and potions. Blackrose is a very quiet dragon who likes to stay by herself. She has a very quiet but intelligent nature, which is why she chose to walk the path of the Moonbraiser. She is a friendly dragon, But she is shy and does not go out of her way to meet other dragons. She hates big crowds and would much rather stay in her den and brew. She just so happens to be learning brewing from Baldwin, which is why she ends up being out of camp a lot. She originally hails from the frigid floes in the southern ice fields.
She was recruited by seral, and though she tried so hard, she was unable to counteract the poison due to a lack of herbs and potion materials at the time. She deeply regrets her inability to save him, and she feels that she owes a serious debt to her Leader, which is why she she never left afterwards.
(Note: Yes I know that her element is fire. Shhhhhhhh.)

Sunbeam is very good at sniffing out and digging up herbs and berries, especially in darker areas, which is why Blackrose took a "shine" to the glowing mouse. Blackrose says that Sunbeam is essential to her potion-making, and is also happy to have a night-light when her den gets a bit too dark. The excitable rodent is very energetic, but in the case of blackrose, he will be very quiet and docile.
