Ayden

Ayden was brought to the Clan of Resting Wings by Legba after one of her many battles. He had been a normal soldier before, wanting nothing more than to serve his clan in battle. He was one of the strongest warriors on the fleet, and he knew it. His one goal was to be made the head of the army, and he was very close to achieving his goal when it happened.

The moment he caught sight of Legba, he was enraptured. He had heard tales of her beauty, and had thought himself immune to such tricks, but when he met eyes with her, everything else seemed to disappear, and he wanted nothing more than to be by his side. His battalion lost the fight that day because of his reluctance to fight. He did not fully realize the weight of what he had done until once the fight was over.

By then, it was too late. He had little time to feel sorry for himself before Legba swept him away and took him home as her prisoner. Though he was chained, there was little need for them, and once Legba arrived home, she undid them.

From that day forward, Ayden has been one of Legba's many partners, but he has become one of her favourites. He has long since dropped his weapons and instead is content to be her pet. he has not even thought of battle since the day he was taken. That said, he is still strong and remembers his training, so making him angry is a bad idea. He lives a vain and shallow existence, believing he is the best of Legba's prisoners and pitting himself against the otheres. He cares little for anyone except for Legba, and he is a bit of a jerk. Torgin gets more irritated by him than by any of the others, and has tried on many an occasion to get rid of him without success.
