No matter the time of day or night, clan members looking for Tempestas know just where they'll find her: stooped over her cauldron, steam billowing up around her, working steadily to brew up food or materials for her family. More often than not, Tem's cat Aristos will be perched on her shoulder, watching what she's doing (if he's not sitting on Tem, he's probably on a nearby shelf testing gravity by pushing jars to the floor. Tem has more than once told him that if he wasn't so fluffy, she'd have eaten him by now).

As always happens when a dragon loves their work, there are days when Tem will go hours without remembering to pause for a break or a meal. On these days, it is always Boreas who gently pulls Tem away from her cauldron. The two of them are never far from each other (Boreas often sleeps curled up by the cauldron while Tem is working) and they even raised two dragons together in the early days of the Clan. However, the few times a clan member has asked Tem and Bor if they are mates they have been answered only by amused huffs and chortles. No one is quite sure if that's a yes or a no...
