Aurora was born into a large clan in the wastelands. From the time of her hatching she was always being taught something. If she did something wrong she was punished. She had never been good as a fighter and even though most things didn't grow in the wastes she managed to grow a small garden in her room. It was only a few plants but they thrived and she even began experimenting with ways to mix them into useful potions.
One night though, she was caught by some of her clan members. She knew it was not her place to be creating potions, but it seemed to be the only thing she was good at. Her clan members immediately turned her in and she was to be watched at all times from then on. Her garden slowly died and one of her clan mates was always with her so she could only watch sadly as the plants she had worked so hard to keep living, slowly withered away in front of her.
She didn't decide to run away until the night more than one of her clan mates came to keep watch of her. She hadn't thought much of it until they had began speaking of things to do with her. She had been frightened and begged them multiple times to stop, though they didn't listen. . .
She left later that evening. Her clan mates had left her lying on the floor in her room and she began to gather a few items and left. She ran as far as she could and thankfully it was far enough her clan hadn't looked for her. Soon enough she had established a small cave as a home and began her practice with potions again.
