Miyu is the dragon responsible for writing bestiary entries of all familiars tamed by the Asterì Lune clan. To help her remember the entries better, aside from writing them down, she collects a gift from the familiars with their scent on it, whether it be a bit of fur, a feather, a scale, etc. She works alongside the Beastclan ambassadors Chandra and Cymbeline to learn about all non-dragon creatures throughout Sornieth.

Miyu is a very chatty dragon; she enjoys getting to know others and of course, sharing useless animal trivia. If you can manage to get a word in when she takes a breath, she'll usually stop to listen. (Sometimes, she needs to finish those last 17 thoughts, though.) While some are off-put by the endless rambling, others quite enjoy having some educational infodumping to listen to while they work on their own projects.

She often pops by Khanfasa's place, where the two of them discuss the different animals found in Starfall Isles that often bond with dragons, becoming familiars. Once they start talking about their area of study, they get locked into a conversation that lasts for hours that no one else could hope to get a word in. Because of this, those two are inseparable friends.

Not much can bring her down, attitude wise. When the going gets tough, she knows its best to stay calm and think it through. Miyu is quite adept at puzzles due to this! However, she dislikes conflict; she has a hard time expressing disagreement and saying no. She doesn't like to disappoint others, and even if she's rather uncomfortable with something, she'll stay quiet.

Luckily, due to her friendly nature, many of her clanmates will defend her. She appreciates them greatly, and often drops by to visit, or invites them over for lunch. It's best to have something scheduled an hour after that lunch, so you don't hurt her feelings when you leave early, rather than staying several hours as she talks about various things that come to mind.

She lives in a small hollow modified with stone and wood to look like a pleasant, cozy home from the inside. It is located next to the hoard chamber.

The corgi's name is Peanut, because he is small and shaped like a peanut.
