Berry comes from the Sundial Terrace, an enthusiastic scholar like her friend Terrwyn. The two loved to go out and explore--or, well, Terrwyn did. Berry much preferred to remain indoors with her scrolls and books and just write down whatever Terrwyn found, but it was hard for her to say no to her friend when she wanted to go out and explore caves or old lairs. It was cool, yes, Berry won’t deny that. She just isn’t a big fan of getting dirty and will do everything she can to avoid getting dirt on her vibrant scales.

Being a diplomat, however, came naturally to her, and she quite enjoyed interacting with the Beastclans, at least when they were the friendlier sort. She loved listening to the stories they’d share and observe their traditions; most of these have been documented down in her journals and scrolls, for historical purposes.

One such clan they visited were some Serthis out in the Hewn City. Berry herself disliked the dark place, nervous of the darkness, though she’s pretty sure Terrwyn hasn’t really picked up on this yet. Needless to say, it took a lot for Berry to keep her composure when the two were trying to find their way out and ultimately ended up very lost and confused. Thankfully, they were lucky enough for Wynnie to find them, a kind Fae that would lead them through the City and back to its outskirts so they could get home.

When Terrwyn agreed to help Wynnie with some issues they’d been having with the local Serthis, Berry was adamant about returning back to their home, if only so their friends wouldn’t worry about them. So she left Terrwyn behind to stay with the other Fae’s colony and returned to her bright and comfortable home in the Sundial Terrace. It’s unclear to others how Terrwyn eventually convinced Berry to come join her in the Hewn City with the clan of Dusk’s Light, but she did, though Berry seems to make frequent trips beyond the dark ruins so she’s not always surrounded by such a dark place all the time.

tumblr_nv32jomoBN1udenrno1_100.png 		Many journals, scrolls, and writing materials can be found either on Berry's form or put away carefully on shelves near her nesting area. Most of what she owns are journals filled with her own notes, though there are some books that are copies of things written by other dragons that she keeps for research and reference.

ADvQgjv.png 		Berry likes to decorate her nesting area in lots of soft silks and fabrics, preferring to have as comfortable a bed as possible. Most Fae dragons use tree sap to weave their nests but Berry has never liked the task; the sap was always too sticky and gross for her liking.
