Tracker of the Wavedancers

DeepestShadow, who had hatched with scales of the deepest obsidian, with wings the color of his element and veins of blue running along his hide, lived a long and very fruitful life in the Tangled Woods, bearing many offspring, some of whom went on to serve the various deities, others migrating all over the face of Sorneith.

Eventually, however, he migrated to an Earth lair and bore more offspring.There he stayed for a while before moving to a lair in the Shifting Expanse. There he stayed a while before heading back to the Earth. There he stayed a while, finding no dragon to mate with. Growing restless he moved again, this time into the Tidelord's domain. There he found a very open lair, one that welcomed any and all dragons, no matter age or skill level. He found the sibling leaders Permafrost and Shyrza to be very hospitable and soon found his place as a master tracker for the watery lair. There he would go on to bear many offspring, many of whom would go on to serve the deities as well, others staying to protect the lair and ensure future generations of dragons.

An accident happened one day when he was hit with three color changing spells in succession by three novice mages. By the time he could retreat his obsidian scales had turned into a bright shade of gold, his wings no longer reflecting his heritage but now a shade that would make the Plaguebringer happy. The blue veins had only lightened a bit but now did not show as well as they had before. However, he didn't let this set him back, still tracking for the Wavedancers, even though he could no longer do it as stealthily as he had before. He wasn't about to let this set him back in his duties to the lair in thanks for their continued hospitality.
