Sapphire

"I was once a free man, but now I hang here from this tree, smothered by cruel fate."
Sapphire was one of the most powerful mages within his home clan, the dragon was born with a gift superior to those who had studied their whole life. Usually he was seen amazing dragons with his skills, or seen in heavy combat easily washing away.

Whenever he was killed the spiral felt his powers ebb away from him, the magic in his veins slowly slipping from his grasp no matter how hard he tried to keep control of it. Sdly he lost everything, and his soul bound to this cursed mirror didn't help. For months he stayed quiet, angering his brother, but soon he was forced to talk. Forced to spill everything he knew and somehow things he had never known before.

Releif was the only thing he felt when he was stolen, watching his brother bleed out without any assistance did not satisfy him, in fact Sapphire actually felt bad for his brother, yet the green eyed monster had long since killed his brother and was a parasite controlling him. The magic mirror was tossed into the black market by the thieves who only wanted to make a profit. He bounced from home to home until he was bought by a lovely coatl, who soon freed him from his chambers.

Once released the mirror realized he would never be the same, his scales were shimmering and cracked pieces of his dreaded prison. Sadness filled him, the magic that once filled him was slowly returning, but most of it had to be focused on keeping himself together. He's often seen with drops of water dripping from his cracks, or wiping away the bitter tears that fall from his eyes. All of his maic has still not returned, but he's working to get stronger, and hopefully working to get himself back to the spiral he once was.
