Cygnus is a friendly little Fae, greeting new clan arrivals and running minor errands for the clan's members, usually within the lair or near it. While her familiar often assists her with her deliveries, she often uses her magic to help with lighter items, and for longer distances or heavier packages "employs" other dragons. And no, she is not interfering, associating with, or competing with THE courier dragons. Just mostly assisting in the clan's less important, 'in house' deliveries.
