Booker writes paranormal novels. He also has been known to write "non-fiction" books about haunted locations.He also holds seances to try to speak to the dearly departed. Myss, gets really indignant about this last thing. That’s not how it works! Plus, he is trying to move in on her PAYING clientele. Stark has taken sides with Ender and his girls. Booker doesn’t expect anyone to pay unless they have success!

He collects oddities and in general loves the macabre. He LOVES Johannes’s den and would love to poke around on his own, but Mercy is very territorial about Johannes and his belongings. Booker doesn’t get it, it isn’t like he is trying to look in her den. He can’t browse when Johannes is there because he gets “testy”. There are other dens he finds very interesting but the owners are even worse than Johannes.

Ender and his girls all think he is a charlatan. But, Sartorious believes that any study is productive. It allows everyone the opportunity to discover the truth for themselves. Worse, Stark says there is an excellent market for his sort of trash. He should leave the seances alone and stick with haunted places and paranormal novels. It’s what sells. What’s the world coming too?!

Sebastian has informed Booker that he is to stay away from his den least he join the other souls in jars on Sebastions shelf.
