Biography
Bill Cipher
Demon of the Twilight Circle
Quote:
Reality is an illusion, the universe is a hologram bUY GOLD BYE!
"A-X-O-L-O-T-L, my time has come to burn. I encore the ancient power so that I may return!"
His final words as a dream demon, even he didn't know where the chant would bring him. A flash of light as the final memories were erased, and he had found himself in a dark forest, moon shining above him.
He wasn't even sure what he was at this point. Searching for something reflective to check his appearance, he had been able to deduce he was some sort of dragon. Odd. He had never bothered observing dragons, he simply didn't care about them, yet now he was one. Maybe he could communicate with the rulers of this land, attempt to strike a deal with them and rise to the top. He was pretty sure there was some hierarchy in place he could infiltrate.
"Training was certainly a thing."
"Yeah I don't know about you, but I could get used to these single beings showing up."
"Guys wait. I think I sense someone around. Whoever they are I think they're confused."
Hearing the three strange voices, he figured there was no harm in asking or learning about this new dimension.
In half a minute, the trio were facing him.
"You're lost, aren't you?"
The third dragon to have spoken now spoke directly to him. Bill had never seen this dimension before, ever. If these dragons were talking to him, he would have to pretend to fit in. Then he would learn their secrets, learn how to control them. Then he would rule this land.
So slowly he nodded.
"I'm Bill Cipher. I have no clue how I got here and I'm looking for a place to stay."
Tipping his top hat - which had stayed with him through dimensions to them, he awaited the answer.
"I mean you're free to hang out in my clan if you want."
"Sounds great."
He wasted no time getting himself amused to this place. The faster he learned how this society worked, the faster he could rule it.
Personality
Bill is a manipulative dragon, not afraid to ask for what he wants. He's had a hard time adjusting to not being all powerful, and has a slight god complex too him. He still believes that one day he will amass enough power to rival the gods, but most other dragons just him crazy or weird for thinking that.
Bonds
Believes to be above all other dragons.
His Agol is his Henchmaniac
He thinks that Biohazard and Limp (with any other Naomi descendants) hold the key to the power he needs.
Misc. info
Bill Cipher fan dragon
He still has the power to make deals with other dragons
Fascinated with skydancers and pearlcatchers
Has many 'pseudo-powers.' All powers he had in Gravity falls he contains on Sorienth, but they can't actually manifest. They simply appear as illusions where the target may feel what's happening to them is actually happening and others may see it that way but eventually any effects go away as soon as Bill leaves a 500m radius of the effected dragon.
However, anything done via deal is permanent and real.
Doesn't really do anything. Sometimes helps with hunting
A nocturne so he can better fit it with dragonkind and have an easier time mimicking it
