  It cracks. The spectrum of colors meets her big, freshly opened eyes - where exactly is she? Where are those supposed to be in charge of her? She does not know, anxiety rising within her as she fights herself out of the green shell. Burned down trees surround her former home while ashes fall from the onyx sky - if she listens closely, she can hear bubbles of lava pop and the crackling logs, somewhere far away. Why had they left her?

Lulu, bestowing herself with said name, stayed around the shattered remains of her egg, in the withering nest that had held her. Even if she dared to cry out for help, only predators would be attracted - she opted to remain silent, as long as possible. However, the older she got, the more she wanted to wander away - hunger eating away at her, alongside the thought that there could be someone waiting for her; someone who was testing her endurance and patience. It were unknown wings that saved her.

She was clad in black, her face hidden - but her scales partly ripped out or her body covered in scars. A liar was, what Lulu would be able to call herself, if she told anyone she wasn't scared of the dragon that took her in. A witch, claiming to be as old as time - having fought countless times with those, wanting to harm her and her Clan - someone, that saw potential in the young dragon and made them their apprentice. Lulu later left her behind, not knowing what would happen to her - and regretting it.
