[Going to try and keep that old part of Rako that they gave him, while also adding my own thoughts upon first seeing him.

It's rare to see Rako without a wide grin on his face, having a rather positive personality. Some find him a bit unnerving due to his large stature as well as his loud voice, but most are quick to see that is simply how he is, large and loud voiced.
Having problems finding him, keep an ear out for his boisterous laugh. You'll be able to find him, no problem.

A quiet dragon that was once self conscience about his scale colors till he met Dusk. He has followed dusk around since he first discovered her painting a portrait of the FlameCaller. Rako has stayed by her side, observing and learning, wanting to be an artist like her some day.
