the hornless dragon

He never belonged in the beautiful, peaceful land of the Skydancers.

His rare Crackle mutation set him apart from birth; but unlike the equally rare Circuit dragons, Crackle Skydancers are frowned upon as a bad omen. The slither of silver twine across his body is only one of many things that mark him as different-- he is wild, untameable, impulsive, a stark contrast to the noble and imperious Skydancers.

Not willing to live a life of pity and discrimination, he left home as soon as he fledged. He soon found himself in the company of Imperials, where they embraced him and gave him his new name.
