Amazon is a drifter of the SpiralScale Clan. More often hiding in the large, insect ridden trees than contributing to clan life. Because of this, she barely knows any other dragon in the Clan, but knows the territory by heart. Sometimes, she can disappear for weeks at a time, then miraculously appear in her cave again one night. She never fails to bring back some treasure from her adventures, whether it is a ice dragons scale or an antler from the plague wastelands.
Although she travels all across the continent, Amazon never sets foot in the BeastClan territory. This is because, as a hatchling, she unknowingly wandered in and was marked with a vicious scar from a crazed, clan-less dragon. She has never forgotten that moment and refuses to even glimpse at the place on her travels.

"Finally! A Lair, I've been traveling for so long, and now, I can get a rest. I hope the dragons here don't mind me stopping by, maybe even only for a week or two, then I'll have to move on. This is only the first stop on my map!"

Sanctuary 10/26/2016 - 11/12/2016
It was in the midst of the Riot of Rot that Amazon first found herself within the small wind clan. Sanctuary, as it was known, and it's inhabitants greeted the traveler warmly. Their leader and Grand Maiden", A guardian named Ravean, appointed her a familiar as a sign of good faith. The tiniest ringlet amphithere named Beetle was to look after and protect Amazon during her stay. Alongside Beetle, Amazon was appointed to the gather's pack for the time. Soon ending her first day sharing a cave with the young Wildclaw, Chrysanthemum. Finding rest and recuperation for the first night in many nights.
During Amazon's stay in the sheltered clan, the dragoness spent time resting in peace. Her work was good, and the reward reaped satisfying. Indeed even, one day the she had spent so long at work that when she had returned to the cavern she immediately fell into a heavy sleep; and, that morning after, the Imperial awoke to the feeling of fresh parchment between her fingers. Inspecting the papers, she discovered it was artwork of herself drawn by the introverted young artist, Lucian, clutched in her talons. All and all, the visit had been peacful and refreshing: her first Riot of Rot had been spent mostly uneventful, but peaceful.

11/12/2017 - 11/13/2017
I continued on to the Beacon of the Radiant Eye, and here I found a clan of one hundred or so dragons living in this particular section of territory. At first I thought it would be a good place to rest, and it would have been, except for the violence. Another traveler had arrived here a few days before I had and he seemed just as shocked as I was. Mangled carcasses of the hunter's kills were proudly suspended by ropes for all to admire as supper, at least for those that ate meat. When this was not going on the warriors or the group, who were also the hunters, sparred with each other with what seemed like little restraint to hurt the other. The other traveler, who was a Mirror, was leaving soon and I planned to take my leave not long after his departure. While I am grateful for the hospitality I think moving on might be for the best.

??? - 2/4/2017
Amazon lost track of how long she stayed at Wayfarer's Rest. It was a stark contrast compared to the previous clan she'd visited, and a rather peaceful place to settle down in, even if it was for only a temporary time. Or at least, she was sure it would only be temporary. She was less certain after she had her first nest. But all of her hatchlings that she had with members of this clan had a bit of Wind in them as well and left the clan to find their own way.

She finaly shook herself free of the complacency that had been holding her back and moved onward to her next adventure.

2/9/17- 2/12/17
Amazon finally landed in the territory of a small arcane clan, residing at the Crystalspine Reaches. She appreciated the hospitality of these strangers, as they let her stay with almost no qualms. It seemed many members of the clan were travellers and outsiders too, which explained their hospitable approach towards her. A speckled tundra by the name of Katra offered to show her around. The tundra was kind but overbearing, and Amazon half-heartedly accepted.

The clan seemed fairly nice to temperarily stay in, but Amazon couldn't shake off the feeling that she was being watched by something. Her feeling of uncomfort wasn't helped by the bandage covered spiral who kept staring at her. She realised she should probably move on.

2/13/17 - 2/27/17
Amazon arrived in a water clan with a lot of friendly dragons. She decided to stay with them for a while. She became friend with Khafra, a samurai. He told her a lot of stories and adventures and she loved them.
But soon she decided to leave. Amazon asked Khafra to go with her, but he couldn't: he must stay to protect his clan.
The day after, she left.

2/28/2017-3/13/2017
Amazon arrived at the lair of Clan Aequorentis quite by accident. She was just going for a swim when she stumbled upon the entrance to their lair, a network of caves in the cliff face of the Windswept Plateau.
There a young skydancer skilled in the tarot, read her fortune. The young skydancer saw exhaustion in Amazons past, moving on in her present, and heartbreak in her future. Slightly ill-at-ease around the tarot reader, Amazon gave her a wide berth, and eventually forgot about the cards. There she fell for a fellow traveler, Meander. He seemed to reciprocate her feelings - or so she thought. What he had mistaken for camaraderie and friendship, she had seen as flirting and the spark of a romance. She left the clan shortly after finding out this revelation, the young skydancer's knowing eyes watching her as she left.

3/13/2017-3/14/2017
Amazon arrived in the Scarred Wasteland, and immediately met The Pack of Wandering Decay. They attacked her, and almost killed her, before they noticed her red eyes, and saw that she was of the Plague heritage. Thinking she was of a Plague clan, they apologized, and allowed her to stay with them, as an apology gift. She hastily agreed, and was led back to their camp. There, her wounds were dressed and her belly filled. She stayed there for the night, among the hostile Mirrors, before her instinct for adventure guided her away.

3/18/2017 - 4/15/2017
The injuries obtained from the previous clan were not the type to heal quickly. Amazon found herself having to take many breaks, otherwise she would strain the wounds. The experience also stirred up some bad memories - she was reminded of how she got her first traumatic scar. Her mind was dazed, and she didn't even know which direction she was going anymore. She only wanted a safe place to rest... Amazon eventually found the terrain was becoming less red and rotten, and more sandy and brown. She must have unintentionally headed north toward Dragonhome, and hoped to stumble upon a friendly clan in this huge land.

A male tundra (that she did not even notice until now) approached her with a smile during one of her rest stops. His body was covered with various trinkets and has fur was seeped with the scent of herbs. "I see you are injured, friend. Perhaps I can offer my aid?" With Amazon's permission, the tundra began dressing her wounds with herbs and ointments. He also changed her bandages and advised her to rest before continuing her journey. He shared his food rations with her, gave her a pouch of herbs, and taught her how to use them for her injuries.

Eventually, after a few weeks of resting in Dragonhome, Amazon had completely recovered. She wanted to find the tundra and thank him one final time for his hospitality. Even after a few days of searching, however, he was nowhere to be found; eventually, the Imperial decided it would be best to resume her travels once more.

15/04/17-17/04/17
Amazons next stop was very overdue. She had meant to return to her home clan sooner, even if just for a short while. As her newly scarred wings straightened out to allow her descent, Amazon thought over everything she had seen since last setting foot in this particular territory. It had changed a lot from how she remembered it. She didn't recognise many of the members, and noticed as she looked at there faces that many that she did remember were no longer here. The sight of Conant and Senka, the hunter mates, brought a smile to her face. Finally a face she recognised! As she continued her search, Amazon saw StarStealer and SilverWing, FlareWish and Aqua. All of which she remembered.

Her stay with her old clan was very welcome. Amazon enjoyed catching up and meeting the newer members, many of which were friendly and welcoming. The Dark Mages put her off somewhat as they scowled and brooded at each other from opposing sides of the clan Lairs. Amazon had noted right away that StarStealers mate, a Tundra named VineWhip, was nowhere to be seen yet instead, another Mirror hung around the Leader. She made the decision not to ask about the Tundras absence and set about getting to know her clanmates better.

Amazon stayed in the SpiralScale Clan for a few days to rest and recuperate. By the time she was ready to leave, her spirits were much higher and she felt healthier. Just being in the presence of her clan mates calmed Amazon, taking her back to the days she had spent exploring around the territory. The few nights she stayed, Amazon spent in her favourite perch upon a tree, looking out over the vast territory as the moon twinkled past. When she eventually left, Amazon did so on silken wings. They glimmered and sparked in the bright sunlight, casting brilliant reflections down below her.

18/04/2017 - 25/04/2017
Amazon soon found herself once again with Clan Aequorentia. This time, there were a lot of missing faces, and she soon learned of the massacre that had occurred.
She was relieved to learn that the dragon she had previously fallen for had left before the mutiny, despite her once broken heart.
This time she found herself a new friend, another traveller like her. She stayed her feelings, wondering if the remnants of what happened to her last time she was in Clan Aequorentis still lingered.
Instead, she agreed to leave with her new friend, and see where fate took them.

Volrin: Visited 26/04/2017 - 04/05/2017
Nothing much of note happened during Amazon's stay in Myura's clan; the Fae explained that she had a very bad history with Plague dragons, but was making an effort to be more welcoming towards them. Despite this, Amazon could still feel the tension her company brought to her, and quickly decided to head out on her travels again. Before this, however, she gifted some of the herbs and ointment she still had from her Tundra friend in Dragonhome to Myura: with proper use, they would be able to clear up the remaining infection plaguing her sickly mate, Mojack. Myura graciously thanked her, and after this, seemed visibly saddened to see her go the following evening.

Amazon felt bad for leaving so soon, but the Fae's clan was far too overcrowded for her taste. Her wings were rested and her stomach was full, and that was all she really needed. As she soared through the night sky to her next stay, she could feel the awkwardness between her and her travelling companion, Sykes. She hated to admit it, but her feelings for him were growing stronger by the minute; there had never been a dragon she enjoyed the company of more. -Volrin

ConfusedKing: 07/05/2017- 19/06/17
Amazon and her traveling companion arrived at a clan tucked into the Crystaline Peaks of the Arcane area. They had paused to get a drink when an excited red colored Fae popped into the sky above them, followed by a Fae of blue, both with familiars. The blue Fae noticed the two and smiled.
"Hello! Are you travelers?" he asked, lowering to them. The red Fae stayed a bit higher in the air. When Amazon nodded, the Fae grinned. "I'm Echo. This is my mate, Itan. What are your names?" Amazon introduced her and her companion. "Are you two mates?"
"No!" Amazon cried out, blushing slightly. Echo quickly apologized for assuming and offered them a resting space in 'Neverland'. They agreed, following the Faes' to the clan's cave. Inside they were warmly welcomed by fellow travelers as well as some more permanent residents of the clan.

The next day, a couple's eggs hatched. The hatchlings were very cute and the Pearlcatcher, Swampy, allowed everyone to look and meet them, despite her mate's, Hallow, wishes. That night, Amazon dreamed of what it might be like if her and Sykes had a nest. She would never tell Sykes about that dream though! But... she considered they would make beautiful babies. She quickly forced herself to stop thinking about it the next morning. Soon after, trying to void her mind of all thoughts of her dr took to the skies once more with full bellies and a sweet goodbye. -ConfusedKing

Amazon felt after her last clan that a stop back home was npmuch needed. She could hardly believe how much she'd changed since her last visit, could barely even comprehend the difference she saw in herself. Nevertheless, she was more than welcoming of a visit to her home clan. When she finally broke through the sparse cloud covering above the SpiralScale Clan, she looked down in awe. The clan was much bigger, and a lot more organised from what she remembered. She noticed many dragons that she knew, as well as countless new faces. As she landed however, she was cannonned down by a rolling mess wings and talons. Royale. The Skydancer pulled down her neon orange Rogue mask, beaming at the Imperial. The last time Amazon had been to the clan, this dragon had been a new member, but she wa still purplish do to see her. Royale excitedly told Amazon of all that had happened, including the tiniest details. Amazon listened enthusiastically, amazed at all the changes that had taken place.

Royale gave the Imperial a tour of the 'newly improved' clan layout, ensuring that she pointed out some of the newest members. For once, Amazon felt completely at home, rather than a stranger. So when Royale presented her with a Pathfinders Tail Twist as a welcome back gift, she was overwhelmed. Amazon stayed in the clan for a short while, reacquainting herself with their members and meeting the many new ones. Her leave came before she would have liked, but she was ready to move on. Travelling was her passion now, she couldn't stay in one clan for too long.

Unidra: 20/06/17-??/07/17

Amazon was surprised that she did not take to traveling again as easily as before. She stumbled upon a bed and breakfast in the Windswept Plateau and surprised herself by staying for many days. Part of that may have been because some dragons convinced her to stay long enough to see a performance by a traveling entertainment group. She knew she wouldn't become complacent though since she hadn't done so anywhere else. Having a place to stay gave her ample chance to explore the Reedcleft Ascent anyway.

While exploring, she found an abandoned Gossamer Silk Sash and decided to keep it. It went so well with her tail twist.

(Three dragons were bred outside of lore. They were exalted unnamed.)

Kolina: 7/27/2017 - 8/13/17

Amazon found herself welcomed within the Wind Clan with open wings. The dragons were ready and willing to help her recoup from her journey and also to trade stories. Specifically, a coatl male, Lucian, would spend hours talking to the bright green imperial. They would happily tell each other about their lives and where they had been. Lucian, being an older dragon had many stories to tell which amused Amazon.

It wasn't long until both of them began to fall for one another without even really realizing it. One thing lead to another and they were taking care of a nest of 3 eggs. When the dragonets were hatched, both parents were ecstatic with their little brood and both opted to wait around until the dragonets were old enough to leave the nest before discussing their plans.

Alegria, Birch, and Eldan grew up happily with their parents and once they were old enough all three opted to set out on their own journey's.

Watching her children leaving for adventure, Amazon felt the pull to leave as well. Lucian was slightly upset but understood Amazon's desires. The last he wanted to do would be to hold her back and Amazon loved him for that. After a bitter sweet farewell, the lovely green imperial set off in search of her next adventure but knew she'd never forget Lucian. And, perhaps one day, she'd find herself coming across him or their children during her travels.

ApostasiaAin: 8/13/2017 - 8/20/2017

Amazon found herself trudging through freshly fallen snow though she was cold she pushed onward until he focus was caught by two dragons a large white Imperial dressed in almost all black and a small hooded Skydancer who seemed to jump then hide behind the Imperial each time he heard a noise. She thought that maybe if she followed them she find a clan, so she walked up to them the Skydancer once again startled ducked behind the white Imperial. "W-who are you?!?" he stammered fearfully from behind the larger male. The Imperial rolled his eyes at the now shaking Skydancer then looked to Amazon "A traveler... I'd presume?" he said in a low voice. Amazon nodded. "Right then, follow me." he said as he began walking before calling out to the shaking Skydancer. "Come on, don't stand around Wanderer hurry up." the Imperial, the Skydancer soon ran to catch up with him. Amazon ran as closely behind them as she could so she wouldn't loose them in the snow. She could have swore she'd heard the Imperial say to the Skydancer "Sometimes I fail to understand how we're the same person, though.... I suppose I wonder that about a few more than just you.".
"I wonder what he means by that?" thought Amazon as she followed along behind them "Maybe I'll ask later.". Soon she noticed a large camp hidden behind some trees.
"W-we're here." she heard the Skydancer stammer. Amazon nodded again.
The Imperial coughed before asking a question "You heard what I told him didn't you?"
Amazon jumped "Huh? What do you mean?"
"About him and me being the same person, you heard that didn't you?" he asked.
"I um... suppose I did. Can I ask what you meant when you said that to him?" she asked tilting her head.
"I suppose it couldn't hurt. Listen, this clan, The Aetherwood Garrison, its interesting to say the least. Wanderer there and I, aren't actually dragons. We both come from a place far from Sornith and in that place, I suppose you could say we were the same person. There are a few others from where we come from that also are the same person as us." he said calmly as if he'd explained this before.
"That's..... interesting to say the least." said Amazon.
"T-there are... u-um... a few others in this clan that are like us, that aren't technically dragons, b-but just ignore that, p-please?" Wandered stuttered.
"Alright, I'll try to." she promised Wanderer.
"I suppose I should introduce myself as well, I'm known as Apostasia. Though that's not my actual name, just as Wanderer's actual name isn't Wanderer. Don't let us scare you away from the Aetherwood Garrison though, there are very friendly dragons here, the dragons like us have a camp a bit deeper within the Aetherwood Garrison's grounds so you most likely wont see us anymore through out your stay here unless you really try searching hard enough. With that said. Farewell." Apostasia said before he and Wanderer disappeared.

Left in their place was a Teardrop Lapis Lazuli Pendant that Amazon picked up before she headed into the camp much to her surprise she was equally charmed and confused by their story. She quickly pushed her thought's aside and looked in front of her where she was greeted by many dragons from the clan along with some travelers. She enjoyed her stay within the Aetherwood Garrison and had fun talking to and training with them. She bid each of the dragons and travelers in the Aetherwood Garrison farewell before heading off again.

As Amazon flew across a vast and effervescent ocean, she grew weary in a few days time. Eager for a pit stop, she stumbled upon a village elevated from the water with stilts. She could see bridges used to connect different-sized huts. In the middle of this quirky town

Uh-oh, looks like this forestry gal wandered a little too far from her home lair, 263976 Kiradog234, and now she's off to see the world! If ever you feel the need to exalt, she'd really appreciate it if you could just return her to the home lair, or to the 'Dragons Off To See The World' thread, here. This is not necessary, but she would be very grateful!
